Это один из больших плюсов наших мастер классов: все ребята друг друга поддерживают, никогда не бывает никакого негатива в сторону ведущего. То есть, мастер классы проводятся не просто для того, чтобы был обширный список мероприятий компании, а для того, чтобы все присутствующие на нем смогли вынести для себя что-то полезное, адаптировать это в своей жизни и стать лучше. Рост навыков сотрудника внутри компании очень важен: как hard-skills, так soft-skills.
